ITP is the flagship personal training gym of Central Park Fitness and is conveniently located 1 block from the 4,5, & 6 trains. The 1200 sq. ft personal training area features the latest cardio equipment including treadmills, Arc Trainers and ellipiticals as well as stretching and mat space, Cybex strength machines, free weights and a full array of functional training apparatus (medicine balls, wobble boards, etc). ITP also houses an additional 1300 sq. ft Pilates Studio. Traditional luxury amenities such as flat screen tv's and towel service are also available, and most important the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff make it the premier private personal training gym on the UES!
